BRISBANE – 3 February 2009: Great holiday deals can now be booked on Wotif.com up to three months in advance, as the number one online accommodation provider has extended their booking period.

Wotif.com pioneered the online short-lead accommodation booking concept more than eight years ago and has now extended its offering from 28 days of deals to three months.

Megan Magill, Wotif.com General Manager Brand, said already thousands of hotels, apartments, hostels, cabins and B&Bs have loaded available rooms onto the website up until Easter.

“Having up to three months of deals available on Wotif.com means people can book their holidays a little further out, so it’s easier to plan around events like school holidays and long weekends in advance,” Magill said.

“Easter is the next big holiday period, followed by school holidays, and with great deals already up on the site for Easter, we expect this to be a major drawcard. 

“We’ve seen a quick and vast take-up by our hotels since the function launched last week and already we’ve received positive customer feedback.”  

The Wotif.com website now includes a calendar so customers can search for a particular date within the three months to help them find the exact date they after. The rest of the site will still function and look the same to consumers.
